Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Shapely, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Shapely. Users under 18 require parental consent.

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities that occur under it.

Premium Subscriptions: If you subscribe to Premium features, charges are processed through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple and Google policies.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account anytime through app settings—your data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Shapely is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
Service interruptions, bugs, or errors
Third-party service failures (cloud hosting, AI providers, app stores)
Health outcomes or decisions based on app usage

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of Shapely is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

All content, design, and intellectual property in Shapely are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You retain ownership of your data. We use trusted third-party service providers (cloud hosting, AI services, payment processors) to operate the app. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Updates & Contact

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
